help with vehicle ID

Hi there

Got a question, Been attackinga few NPC bases they have this vehicle wih turret mountaed machine gun that has a laser targeting. What is this and where can i get one?

    I believe you are talking about the laser tank or whatever it's called.

    Only npc's have them at this time but something people are guessing players will be getting one of these days.
