I took a million points to get 2 x 10 Gambit Upgrade kits 2/40 is shown on the prize page so i did get them but I did not get them in my Gambit UPGRADE still only shows 40/60 I bought the 2 so that I can start upgrading one of my Gambits to U3 level....I put in a ticket and so far no response.

    Responses are VERY delayed, you'd most likely get a response after you've already upgraded a gambit. 

    My suggestion, if you have the points try buying another pack, check to see that it has been added, then do it again. Once at the 60, upgrade.

    If you wait for a reply, you'll be even further behind in the upgrade.

    Did you try a refresh? they may have been added, but a visual glitch might not show them???

    Just curious, why don't you grab those upgrades in the FM? (5 per week is a bit meh, I know, as you get further up the upgrade levels)

    I can sort of understand wanting to upgrade the Gambits ASAP, but there were much better prizes on offer you could've ground for ie, the Komodo guard hull & its associated weapon (2 Komodos, weapon = 14.5 million points, built at the same time in both shipyards)

    A waste of points IMO

    As for CS: Yeah, they can be snowed under during events

    Additionally, did you refresh & check again that you had enough kits, or points that weren't 'billed' for the kits?

    Better take them in FM. Use your points now for someting better..

    Did you by chance grab the wrong Gambit kits? Sounds like you did. Got the flag vs regular.
