Each of those is a different skin that can be applied. There are 5 different skins available, and you need to open all 5 chests to receive them all.

They are 50k each. To collect all 5 need 250k. Lol

And it is another 250k for the 5x Helios skins. Fortunately skins are entirely cosmetic and don't do anything. So if you want them, go ahead and get them. If you don't want them, you aren't missing out on anything.
