Difficulty set way up?

So I watched Siddy's video on **** the war barge and I used 9 technical Xs which is more than he used and i was obliterated.  Does Kixeye set difficulty different for different players?  This is a legitimate question because my Technical Xs are level 20.

    Kixeye doesn't answer tickets anymore apparently....I just finished 3 war barge bases and received 0 parts...This is a ongoing problem that went on throughout the event with the Ultra bases.....Yes Peter the difficulty is set very high lately....Theres a large % of people that missed the NOX from game issues and difficulty levels during the events.

    It is one thing to have a ridiculously hard base but to reset it after every attack is insane.

    dont use tech x use branden and commandments if u dont have branden use forest to distract war barge and kill with commandments its easiest base the dificulty will be up on omega bases

    did you have the air tech on as a lot of people seem to do that mistake by keeping the ground tech on triton ground, ranger air.

    which parts were you expecting?

    that base gives Just elite parts, and the counter it shows is the bases hit not the actual part count ...

    this has been the standard MO of most elite bases for a very long time

    sending in a ticket for this is a wasted of their time, especially if you do not understand the counter, or were expecting 'standard' unit parts and not elite parts

    No ..... there is NOT a different base for different people ... never has been ...

    there are times, like in the mission tracks, where each run gets a little tougher, but Never Player specific

    the only times they even came close to player specific was many years ago when they did the 'level' specific events, which was short lived and stopped
