What to do ??

    Try buying them one at a time .

    I think that's what he is trying to do, I actually experienced the same issue, but with something else that I was trying to unlock, had more than enough XP for the item I was trying to unlock, but it threw the same error at me. It was only after I earned more XP that it all of a sudden allowed me to unlock said item.

    that there is a kixeye problem they are supposed to be 325,000 which takes it up to 1,625,000 hence why he cant buy them

    Yes that would explain it , i did think it strange the newest toy had cheapest upgrade price but never noticed how much it took to buy them .
