One month ago I submitted a ticket pertaining to game failure.
The co-op raid target as often happens locked up while joining battle as 2nd player. A dead fleet could have been easily handled by your "experts" but instead, the ticket was forwarded to the company. One month later I receive a standard form letter reply and ticket closed for comments.
Is this what we should all be expecting in the future?
I was offered an opportunity to create a follow-up but I'm not sure that feature actually works so here it is.

With the departure of CM Hank (who was helping with tickets) and CS Jade (who was a full time CS agent for BP) there was quite a delay created in ticket response times. Any backlog that was there prior would have only grown at that point, which it did, and unfortunately that means that ticket response times increase as well. I do believe at least one new CS agent has been brought on and has been making their way through the mountain of tickets now.
Even though the forums are being discontinued in a week, the rules still apply and I removed the ticket responses.
I wonder if all CS is working on Discord, as that seems to be going VERY fast.....
