Gambit in the FM? Kix fumbling the ball badly

Hey, Mods, someone already asked if it's there. It is, but the associated tech isn't.
I even asked CS why it isn't, no reply.
What gives? Why offer a hull to do the FM with, the upgrade tokens, but not the weapon or special for it?
Do you know how that looks? Do you think it's going to entice a freshly-returned player to stick around any?
Heck, not even the flag hull, but you've got the upgrade tokens for the flag in T5 of the FM.
If you're going to claim items are in an event, INCLUDE the items. In New Zealand, we'd call that false advertising.
