War Barge Bases changed? Tech X can't injure units

15 Tech X, Level 20 with Plasma do NOTHING to the hellies in the new base.   Tons of blue spheres hit them and nothing happens or there is no damage.  Eventually Tech X just die because they can't damage anything.  I have seen videos where this is not a problem but appear to be a problem now.

    I tried 9 commandments Level 16 and none of the air is taking damage.  Just my units receive damage and are completely destroyed.   I see a ton of older videos were Tech X and Commandments are used and they take out the air easily but now you can't destroy **** in these bases with some of the best units in the game.

    Commandants have to be level 20 to hit air....

    Unfortunately as havent got Braden or Devin I may have a problem ;)
