I have fully upgraded fleet of MkII heavy cruiser, walked the last campaign first 3 pp levels. This Pangolin damage output is off the charts bad. I have friends that play and do not have fully upgraded fleet and barely made first level of Pangolin Campaign. No Co-op how they can finish this new campaign.

    most tlc are tuned for x1, it will be harder with each tier

    Yes, found exactly the same. An all X1 flt and 7.5 hrs repair for PP1 is ludicrous. This with other increasing money grabbing techniques, or attempts to make us coin, are once again about to drive me from a game I used to really enjoy.

    Damage is a fair bit more then it really should be. While still doable with X1 Heavy Cruiser fleet, the damage is excessive. PP3 (6 targets) was ~ 8 hrs damage for me and I lost my flag in the last target, which is a bit unnerving. Looks like I will have to come back every day to do one mastery each time and then just repair the rest of the time. 

    It seems to me that anyone without their Heavy Cruisers at X1 is pretty thoroughly screwed in this campaign.

    Really, the TLC's in this game should be tuned so that a player with the appropriate X1 fleet can knock an entire camp off in one sitting, 90 minute seat time, maximum. That way at least, the players with lesser upgrade levels on their fleets at least have a fighting chance.

    LOL nice idea, but if it that easy then you have no reason to log on next day. A good camp is one you can complete mastery for about 6 hrs. repair. And this falls in line with that.

    the point was for the folks playing that don't have x1, what about (Bob) scenario if you will. And the campaign is not even co-op, So kixeye is saying low level players don't deserve a good base defense hull if they won't coin an x1?

    Interesting twist...just completed the 1st Mastery Round of "Brace for Impact" Campaign (Pangolin camp) and did NOT receive the Upgrade Token.  THAT token is why I even bothered with this camp.  WTG Kixeye!

    Clearly this TLC is geared towards tier 11.5, mine can't even do PP2 without help on the last target

    Have you tried co-op? I jumped into an ally's pangolin campaign a couple of days ago and co-op was working fine.

    But the Pang is a ****. I don't know about the upgraded version, but the standard model is a joke.

    Note Kix STILL haven't released the 2nd T11 guard hull? But Bounty will likely have the upgrade package for the Infil?

    If your campaign tower glows orange when the campaign is active, it's co-op.

    If it glows red, it's a solo thing only.

    If co-op, & it's too hard for you, ask for some help from your alliance or sector. If you get really desperate, & are untagged, ask your world.

    Yup, had to give up without being able to do the first set. Its insulting that Kix does this.
