Just wondering if you have anyone working on customer support?

I submitted a ticket one week ago due to a purchasing problem and no one has worked on it.

In all honestly I an rather done with this game due to your complete contempt for your customers.

Yes, there are people answering tickets. Both Kixeye staff and DPEs. If it was a purchasing problem though it would require a Kixeye employee to assist with it.

Can you post your ticket number, or send it to me and I can poke some people about it?

I do love it how you as a company dont understand consumer rights and seem to think you can make up terms and conditions which overide them.

Anyway going to take this opportunity to quit playing this game.
