Tutorial Error

Hi! New player here (obviously), I'm experiencing an error with the in-game tutorial, I can't progress at all in it. My resources seem to be bugged out (I've added pictures below) so I can't progress past the second step. I'm just gonna skip the tutorial and figure it out on my own but I figured this might be something for the developers to address?
Again I'm new so if there's a better place to post about this let me know!

I would guess that upon signing in you received credit for some recently granted things, including the maxed out resources, and that is what is causing the issue.

I've passed it up, but I am not certain it will be addressable with out removing the ability for new players to qualify for on going grants. That is a good one though, I haven't seen it before.

You did fine posting here, we can always move it around if needed as well.
