Corsair-not able to build!

Want to build the new ship, Corsair.
BUT all components I have (which are many) I get error,
"Not able to use on this hull class"!!
What good is having the hull Corsair IF it can't be built!

    The corsair can only be equipped with two weapons, specific to it and it only.

    ALSO, dont build the corsair. It wont do much good against T10s and T11s nowadays. You can only use it in FvF anyway.
