What can Interceptor fleets attack????
Trying to use my Interceptor fleet for first time.
BUT, everything I try to attack has message, "disalowed fleet"!
Can Interceptors attack anything, I wonder?
Only thing I did not try to attack is Sub sector base (because it's curently "locked").
