There is a rule for support that they are not allowed to disclose information about one account with another account. However if you can provide enough identifying information for the account in question you might be able to work something out.

the only information i have is that the base name is Motherhen and he joined an alliance called E.I.P, thats all i know

Unfortunately it sounds like this is something that support won't be able to grant access to the account.

Not suggesting you are attempting to be malicious, but they have rules in place that prevent them from discussing one account with another account as a means of maintaining account security.
