Kixeye can not keep it own word
Kixeye put out a statment a wile ago that to stop farming that if a base got hit 3 time in a rowe that the player the was doing the hitting would be blocked from hitting for a week dose not seem to happen dose this mean KIXEYE is full of crap

The rule is that if a base is attacked by the same player 3 times over the course of 48 hours that they get a red bubble against that single player for 2 days.
