With the launch of and superiority of the Abomination hulls, I think it's time to look at base defenses again. I would like to see the option to combine your defense platforms into a larger defense platform option. Similar to how you build the composite walls, you would have the ability to combine 2, 3 or 4 defense platforms into larger defense options. Of course with this ability, there would be room to add more defense platforms as well as specialized defense turret weapons that would only be available for the combined platforms. This would of course affect base power consumption and component availability, etc. But this would be worth looking into I think. Thanks,
