I jumped to Sector 10 and wound up in sector 50

I jumped to sector 10 to join my crew for the Raid. my Mega stayed in sector 41. I refreshed and now my Base is in sector 50 with the Mega. any suggestions?

    cant till ya i hit pillage got points for 3 138s i hit and nothing for the 140something to finish the sect i 2 hour fix and no points
