Why the instant ignore on reporting Harrasment and hackers?

Does the money spent outweigh honest player effort? I open a ticket and it's instantly closed when reporting a hacker or player harassment. AS of this moment I can honestly tell every player don't waste your time using either method in the support ticket because you will not get a reply.

    If interested I can tell you right now this player has been reported several times but because their a coiner nothing is ever done. I been playing this game for 13 years and for the last 5 the more you spend the less the rules about hacking matter.

    When you use the Report a Player option, you aren't supposed to receive a reply as the investigation is confidential. It's been this way for years.
