How do Send a ticket in when you have spent 68 DOLLARS

Ive Spent 4 x 7.99 dollars for 105 gold and 36.99 dollars for 575 and the last 10days to get 1 Harrower, 1 Vengeful Ronin and 8 Ronins which equals 68 Dollars, game keeps crashing, cant get into battles, ive got a games laptop, no problem with any other games just Battle Pirates! Still says cant send ticket because i havnt spend 50 dollars??

    do a ticket as report a player and just use ur id 2 times and explain there

    I use microsoft edge with very little problems
