I was told buy millionDlrBil that the ticket process was a lifetime 50.00 dollars not a monthly payment I was told differently by a different person from kex ,is this true what do you all say to that? buy the way do not mention the EVIL group of humans that currently run the plaint they have deemed that name calling, and will force close anything they don't like. If I may say this ,your name itself is inflammatory as it denotes that you are a coiner that is employed by kex. This is why we don't trust you any more from are perspective you have given the henhouse to the fox and are wondering where all your chickens have gone. The first thing anyone hears is your name WHAT PERPOSE DOES IT SERVE to admit you are a coiner or at least agree with them by announcing your affiliation in your name either on purpose or a Freudian slip It just starts a conversation with the fact that you SIR are announcing to all the non coiners what team you play for!!

Ya right then I will turn in another ticket about my base defenses not working and I will get the same reply you have not spent 50 dollars this month we cant help you. and if you are not able to see a dev named milliondlrbill cruising the chats enforcing the don't call the evil monsters names and booting your chats all the wile saying there is nothing wrong with the game it has to be you. He is towing the company line if you think the game is not broken you might want to look at the chat I am not the only one complaining about the way kex has made base hitting so easy its basically easer that the chore targets. and there is another defender hull we can not have with out coining and after they nerf it to death they will give us a fleet of them as a F U for not giving us money. why is there so many conqueror hulls with no defenders why are defenders a 1 shot kill for the conquerors where are the expert builds for them where is the upgrade tokens for them do you think a group of people who know that a fleet is going to wipe them out over and over would just let it happen to them at least they would try but kex does not even try. they make sure the only way to live is by giving them money or you are defeated every time., its like being in a fight with there buddies are holding you down and then the bullies cheer as they win really just because the world has turned into that where we are not even allowed to fight back does not mean are fantasy life has to be the same hopelessness. Its like they are sith lord's knowing that all they have to do is kill all hope of winning that is what there after. Open your eyes this game is in no way like it was at the start the fundamental work hard and build a colony after the monsters have destroyed, the world has turned into destroy the world. If this game is so perfect why are we losing players like drops of rain why does nothing work right because it it working as it was programed after 25 years in I.T people telling me that its a but know nothing about how this stuff works when my base defenses go down it is a programing error or a vulnerability to a hack each are easily fixable in 1 day. If you don't know that then you are just a sucker . what they don't want to do is to kick out the hackers because of the money they bring in but the money they cost you in the long run WILL PUT YOU OUT OF BUSNESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its the same old thing greed is good. the problem you will have is we can pick up are ball and go home we are not trapped here and I don't have to give you any money you are not the government so you cant make me. SO no money for you until you fix this broken game devs quit pretending you are a player's.

Just incase you don't know bubba gump shrimp is a fictitious company from a movie there is a restaurant named that but no shrimp boat empire please tell me you don't think the movie is real.

You were told correctly that a player need only spend $50 on coin in a lifetime of their account, I wasn't lying. Also as noted, there's no financial requirement to gain access to the Forums or the Official BP Discord server (invitation in my Signature) for BP support.

Since this is to me and I've now read it, your post has served it's purpose and is now closed. Thanks for the feedback.

There's no need to post your ticket response, in fact it is against the rules and not permitted within any Kixeye Forum platform. Please feel free to revise the rules, there's a link to them in my Signature.

You're well within your rights to be offended by my name, it's not going to change anything but you're most certainly allowed to be offended. I've had it since the beginning of my BP time and still have my free name change in the bank, it clearly has nothing to do with my recent position here as a Moderator but by all means have fun with the theories.

As you progress with current tech and build up your base you will see that Defense is moderately strong right now, I recommend that you continue to work on your base and collect the recent tech on offer as it will be of great assistance.

You most certainly do not have to coin, the choice is completely yours and no-one is forcing your hand. There's no ploy based on my name and there's no pretending to be anyone here. It's not a conspiracy.
