Can't change email because old email is not active

plz help me , because i cant change the email assosiate with the account , because the previous email is not active.

    I have almost the same  problem. Last summer I had my laptop worked on I told the guy dont do anything to chrome as all my passwords except facebook is saved there. He said he was going to reload windows and my chrome would be safe. He lied and he knew he lied. So the email address I have used with this account for 8 years is gone to me. I have changed the address on the radio tower. I have sent in a few tickets then at the end I tell the person what i just told  you.  How can I get to where I get replies from my tickets and messages from my radio tower again?
    Will Kix fix please fix something broke in the game without breaking 1 or more things as they do so??

    My old email was accidentally deleted. It was tied to battle pirates. Can i add my new E-Mail

    Cannot change my email.  Not getting email to old account.  Cannot submit ticket cause not spent $50.  I did not spend cause can't get email changed from old to new address.  How to change email?

    This won't help everyone in this thread, but it might help a couple. For the rest, I passed the thread up to support to see if they can do anything to help out.

    To get to your profile, click your username in the top right corner.


    Click the "edit" button under your avatar towards the top left. A security check window will pop up asking you to verify your account login.


    After getting through the pop up, you should be able to hit the edit button on the account setting you want to update.

    Hello All, 

    Hank here from Support.  For anyone else on this thread that still needs help changing their email, we may be able to assist if you can send us a ticket. It should be something that we can perform for you from our end BUT we also need to verify ownership of these accounts before we can make any changes for you. therefore, we need to discuss via ticket.

I tried what you suggested but I had the same problem.  I tried to change my email address.  It said code was sent to my old email address and to input the code,  I didn't get email with code at my old address.        CS_HANK  I cannot submit a ticket cause "Submit a request   This account does not qualify for Battle Pirates support as it has not spent $50 in the game. You may want to check out our Battle Pirates Help Center or Forums for updates on any ongoing issues."      How do I send a ticket?

    In this scenario you will probably need to join the BP discord and chat with support there.

    I am having same problem. My youngest son accidentally deleted my old email. I have a new one that i sent in with a ticket issue and i got no response. I even said i will never coin again until they figure this out. Laziness is a big problem from what i see.

    hi there, ive been trying to submit a ticket but it wont let me because i havent spent $50. i cant access my old email address as ive lost all passwords. i need to change my email address, when i do so it sends an email to my old address to confirm, but i cant get in it to confirm. can anyone please help me?

    hi hank, i have this problem, my game is working fine and have been playing for many years. i cant send a ticket because i havent spent more than $50. i dont kinow how else to get a message to you. i cant access my old email and want to change it. when i do change it, it sends a confirmation email to my old one that i cant access. please help me. thankyou

    A bunch of us have the same problem and can't send a ticket without first spending $50.
