Mega Atrophy Engine

Completed the Titanic Ascension TLC, but cannot find it in my inventory. Is this a known bug? Thanks for any help.

    You are looking at inventory and have not build it yet.
    Click engine, build, select module or click command center, mega modules

    Nope I did not get the new green engine atrophy either yet i did the mastery in last campaign
