Can't submit a ticket

I have spent well over $50.00 in the game and then some. Yet when I want to submit it says I can not because I have not spent $50.00 Yet I know i have not just in Kixeye but also in FB as well for this game. So why am I not able to send those tickets I need? Some reports I need to make are not harassment and or hacker reporting.

    Passed up to see if someone can take a look at the access to support.

    As for reporting players, you should be able to do that just fine. It is a separate form from tickets and doesn't have any requirements to it that I am aware of.

    Hi there. Hank here from VIP Customer Support. I was able to access your account and adjust a setting. you should be able to submit a ticket now!

    Hi,

    I have way more than $50 on the game. When I try to submit a ticket, it said that I am not able to because I have not spend $50.  Please advice.

    Hi,

    I have spent more than $50 but when I click "Submit a Ticket" link it tells that "This account does not qualify for War Commander support as it has not spent $50 in the game." Please check my account. thank you so much!

    doing the blood frenzy camp mastery round 1 of 4 didn't even acknowledge where done first round even after refreshing it uughhh. fix your issues. I can't even submit a ticket so yeah had a alliance member help with camp and it didn't even give me the tokens and shards or build tokens mastery round not working correctly. kix fix this non sense !!!!

    why is iot i put 2 tickets in about same thing n the ticket comes up solved straight away with out a responce why is this ??

    11989398 cant submit a ticket and i have the ronin subs and the vengeful ronin sub can not find them in my base

    HELLO SIR OR MADAM,i'm trying to send a ticket but showing this msg,This account does not qualify for Battle Pirates support as it has not spent $50 in the game. You may want to check out our Battle Pirates Help Center or Forums for updates on any ongoing issues.,u called free the game why must spent money if some1 don't want to spent?! and i have spent those money so please fix my problem thank you

    why is it that i cant put a ticket in because i havent spend 50 dollars on both bases

    seems i still can not  send in a  ticket. (spent 99.98 a week ago)   issue   with the  vxp  first  2  hits  got no vxp at all and i  used  gold to  repair fleet.  Can i be compensated  for this? and  can  someone   get  game so i can send  tickets please?
