Hey guys, I need some advice on how to finally beat that last XP challenge base. I want to do it at least once during the event. So far 3 tries 3 fails and only because of the super stron aircraft in this base. I have ono idea what those choppers are because I've been away for years bt they kill everything very fast and take almost no damage.

Useful units I have are:
10 Harpies
15 Penances
10 Absolvers
15 Aggressors (could build 2 more)
1 Adam
1 Twinblade (could build 2 more)

I have 2x Helios in build queue and little over 600k Event XP so I could buy some more harpies or something else.

So far Harpies and even Absolvers weren't enough to kill the choppers, maybe because they were already damaged too much by the other units. What do you think which unit I possess ist best against them? I'm thinking about trying Helios on them but I would have to coin one for it to be insta-built and I don't really want to atm.

Other problem is I'm also running out of time. By the time everything but the choppers is down I mostly have maybe 1 minute left, sometimes a bit more. So, any advice?

Best way I found to do the Challange V base is to start from the top and use a toon with a maxed controller and Devout in, along with DS, Absolvers, Matt, Hive and aggressor. If units not maxed or near maxed make sure you use shock missiles and shock ops.
Maxed units will clear base with 0 damage

I meant the XP Base where you always start in the left corner. And I need a strategy which uses the units I have because I don't have most of the ones you mentioned.

The thorium helicopters are very durable and deals some serious damage.
However their rockets don't track and have very small splash radius meaning that if your units are fast enough they can dodge these rockets and takes no damage at all.

About killing them. Absolvers should be able to bring them easily as they are currently one the heaviest hitting unit.
Absolver deals CONSIDERABLY more damage the closer he is to his target, try getting him as close as possible to the heli and fire while the heli is reloading.
Mine is level 20 and can 1-shot these choppers at less than 200 range.

Finally I'd suggest buying some controllers as your top priority and you will struggle no more clearing this base in time.

Wow I didn't know about Absolvers dealing more damage the closer they are to the target, thanks! Sadly I did not manage to beat this base at all but I still managed to get quite a few new units for myself out of this event. 3 devouts, 3 Controllers, 3 Helios and some tech for a few units.

Sounds like Controllers are really good units? Guess I have to finally build one and try him out. Thanks again!

Darkstorm, hive, nick and controllers will take out almost any base kix can throw at you... just learn to use hive drones to properly position darkstorm and controllers

Once you manage to max out the controllers with tech there range is around 700 (can't remember the exact number) and the splash range is hugh for a single drone.

You will have to hit and run with the absolvers till they fall. You have no other units that will take them out. I use 10 level 20 controllers with double shot, max range damage, and fire tech. Clears the base
