PRIZE PACK 3 NO RECEIVED

I completed "Introducion to Tier 9 Skirmsh" and it was not possible to unlock "PRIZE PACK 3" after clicking the [OK] button at 4 "FLEETS" the game crashed and did not appear in "DOCK". I disabled [HTML5] and enabled [FLASH] but it didn't work. Does anyone know how I can recover "PRIZE PACK 3" ???

The fleets you win don't go straight to your dock. After you completed the campaign, you should have received a chest you need to manually open.

there is another thread on this subject, "introduction to skirmish" where loads of us have had the same problem, CM-Ghillie has passed it on to community support to sort out, looks like the fleet might be obsolete by the time this happens.

MUTINEER CHEST did not appear to be collected because the game broke

I didnt recieve pack 3 from the "introduction to skirmish", I opened the box and was empty, i don't see any Mutineer schips in my dock

i have same problem, i won Zealots and Multiners, they vever comes to dock

i got the riot, raging riot and pegasus and never got them

tonight in forsaken mission, pool 1 got the 4 riot hull, raging riot was empty when opened, getting really peeved with this now

The campaign chests should be fixed now to the best of my knowledge and fleets have been given out to some of the affected players.

If you opened a chest and it was empty and have not yet received the correct contents please submit a ticket.

I have already stated that i am not at full capacity, and the fully outfitted Mutineers have still not arrived.

i done the Zealot and Multiner campain, i got only one chest, is a Zealot flag ship, no chest for 4 Zealots or Multiners
