Harrower's abilities

Had a my base attacked recently. Harrower went through webbing portal, and 2 solid portals, all with no prior damage and killed my OLC. Ive heard so many tales, cant  rely on maybes. Can the Harrower go under all types of portals now without surfacing?

    And to add to that, are they undetectable with sonar and thermal ??
    I'm finding they are able to pass defense ships with both of these detection capabilities and that just doesn't seem right

    When deep submerged, they are completely undetectable, and are immune to any hostile fields. However they should not be able to pass through walled portals or other land mass. The harrower is essentially a tool for an attacker to do a 1 for 1 trade with your guard fleet. 
    Playing this game is like trying to row a boat up a waterfall.
