Other Just information wanna Say what i was meet (View Month agoo),
- Illegal Build happen when change Land, move Wall or Build, then by time sometime back, sample about Wall in have move, this i say illegal Build. (Error even was Safe)
- Road/Way for Ship need 4 Tile of Water, no in mean illegal build, this is illegal land (must Got 4 tile of Water).
- When safe, we no can safe miore then 1 Skema, always just 1 last, (i think could be have 4-5, then sometime we wanna change, could Fast because was Safe = have Variation)
- Loading in game soo long, sometime no enought 1 minute, soometime 3-5 minute (use Data 600KB/scd could be run Half)
As a future note, when in base planner mode you can move your mouse over the "apply" button when it is grayed out and it should tell you what the error is.
One weird thing that happens on occasion is removing a water transformer from a turret. It will confuse the system, but a refresh fixes it.
What does the little pop up message say when you mouse over the darkened "apply" button?

Just wanna share my mine, maybe when Flash go, i no play again Battle-Pirate and War-Commander, even just Flash much Trouble in High-Memory, HTML5 more high than Flash use Memory, it's seem no in Standar-Good-Game for computer, they use i3 for set all, game have max standar is 512.
