Upgrade tokens

I started upgrading my everest flag to u3, i realised i had enough tokens to get a extra photon ecm for vxm weekend so i canceled it otherwise my shipyard wouldve been too busy to be able to have it and i lose the 80 upgrade kits so no wi cant even upgrade it at all. anyway to get these kits back?

    Pretty sure the game warns you that upgrade kits are not refundable before you start it. You could submit a ticket if you are able to.
    Playing this game is like trying to row a boat up a waterfall.
