I was told that I need to spend $50 on the game before they will help me in support. I am repeatedly being harassed by a player. I have spent way more than $50 over the yrs. I have been playing since 2012
A guy named (removed) in sector 50 I went in and peeped a base to get some idea's for my own. Next thing I know this guy named (removed) attacks my base and say's for me to never peep his sons base again. After that he hit a bunch of my friends bases. Of course they were all much lower lvl than him. He has been verbally attacking me ever since. Him and another of his buddies named (removed).
I removed the player names from the post to comply with forum rules and avoid the whole naming/shaming thing.
Attacking a base is not considered harassment. There is a PvP side to the game and attacking bases and fleets is normal game play. If a base is unbubbled and within your bubble bracket it can be hit at any time by any player for any reason they see fit. There are a couple restrictions such as the red bubble from a player hitting 3 times in a 2 day period and the normal bubble for a base being beaten or purchased.
Sending abusive messages on the other hand is more of an issue. That will be the part to report them for. When submitting the report include any screenshots you may have of the messages being sent to you. You can also place the player on ignore.
In regards to the support issue about spending $50 and not being able to submit a ticket, I have passed that up to CS to see if they can take a look for you.
Hello there. It seems that you figured out the issue with submitting tickets as I see you have submitted one this morning. Excellent. We will review your ticket asap.
Not sure if I would call this harrasment. Retaliation hits are not a new thing. His excuse of not peeping his son again is a mute point as it makes no real difference. I have in the past levelled an entire alliance for flattening my daughters base. This is a PvP combat game after all. Templar614 is spot on though when it comes to abusive messages. Screen shot them and pass them on. I notice that you have fixed the ticket item but if not then post them on here for the mods to pass up the chain. Best thing you can do is usually just ignore the person. Some people are just sad little individuals who believe their own abuse. In reality, they don't know who you are, they don't know where you live and they are not really going to do any of the stuff they claim. Just laugh at them and press ignore.
