no officers in base

cannot use officers in base , seleced many times but still not work , any ideas ? thanks

Has to be selected before you start a build or a building or a research for them to work. If something is already started they wont applay until next thing you start....

Which officer role are you trying to set? And what are you trying to use it on?

There are some actions that officers don't apply to. Such as the Master Engineer (ship construction speed) does not apply to ship upgrades.

cannot get any to usee , not even the one kix supplied is there

my base will not let me have any officers , sent requests to friends but they not get . not even got the one kix gives you .

Are your friends having trouble receiving your invitations or are they declining them? If they decline them, then you won't get the officers.
