Cant submit a ticket.. but I spent more than 50 dollars

I just got on to find my warhounds dead in dock, even tho I never launched it this morning.. no battle log showing battles either, and now I am told, that I cant submit a ticket, even tho I know, I`ve spend the 50 dollars needed, in order to get at least a minimum amount of customer service.. What the heck is wrong with the game now???

    I even doublechecked and my 2 older tickets sent in.. they`re still there.. :-(

    I passed this up for someone to look at in regards to to not being able to access support.

    they told me the same think i lost 101lvl base cant get it back

    Hi there. This is Hank the VIP Support Manager.  I am sorry that you experienced some difficulties. After reviewing your account, unfortunately, you have not actually surpassed the $50.00 point to qualify for support; you are really close though! Regardless, as a one-time courtesy, i added a Fleet repair token to your account.

    Well I guess Kix calgulations is a bit different than mine.. But tell me, how my warhounds can be dead in dock, and no trace of it in battlelogs? last entry was me hitting a base, and getting 11-15% damage to ships.. then recalling and repairing.. but repairtoken is apppreciated tho, but getting hit by a ghost is annoying..
