PLEASE HELP...

I am having several Issues... I have spent the more than the $50 dollars to be able to get support but it says I have not and will not let me send in a ticket. Also I cannot play the game on kixeye... it just freezes and I suspect it is because when I log into kixeye.com it shows my base as a lvl 38 but in reality it is a lvl 95! what is going on ...can any mods steer me in the right direction

    what os are you using,   im finding microsoft edge is working really well with hmtl5

    it wont be to do with what it says as my kix cones up with an old base that i lost when i deleted facebook

    which browser are you using? you could try a different one to see if it helps. i have had trouble in the past, but swapping browsers from chrome to opera fixed it for me.
    you keep whining like me but we are still here, i love broken pixels, how about you
