Can't go to map due to refitting a turrent

I just refitted a turrent with AT transformer, now I'm getting a message that I can't go to the map with an illegal building. From the base planner it is telling me that I cannot apply my layout because "The defense platform must be placed on land and water" What does that even mean? It must be placed on land and water? How is that possible?

If you refit a turret and remove a water transformer (U-T:W or U-T:T) or change it to any other transformer, the game freaks out a little bit.
Refreshing should take care of it.

It's a bug, reload the game.
