deleting old accounts
is there a way of deleting a old account after its been banned as i have started a new account and i don't have any other emails i can use as the emails i have, already have a account which have been banned as they got hacked

But generating another email address is easy. You can use Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo, & any number of other email address providers out there. Some TelCos offer the ability to use their systems, ie, [email protected] (I've taken the liberty to use a local telco as an example)
Next time you're chatting on FB to people, and they send you a link or image to check out, you might want to right-click on it & select 'Inspect' to see if it's legit or not.
