Base Power Capacity Topped Out

My total base power capacity is 1,686,454.
I can't convert a turret to an HT now, due to topping out / running over consumed power.
Is there a building upgrade that will increase the Total Base Power capacity?

    you gonna have to be a little more strategic on what you build/upgrade,,,need to use your head some mate

    we do need more power with the upgrade to come and if you add more HT they won't fit 
    think you forgot about players first
