First off, I have hit bases , cleaned them for 100%, and have not received my team bonuses. I have been hit by others, who have stayed in my base past 6 min with no specials. I have played this game for 9 years now a wish to have better. I coin a little bit, but it has gone for ****. Now my base don't stand a chance against anything other players throw at me. I'm wiped with in 3 min to 4 min. Is this where the improvements you have talked about are going to. Quite frankly i don't see it. If I don't see a response with in the next 2 day's, I will assume Kix doesn't care and I will stop coining even in events. I have let so much go it aint funny anymore. I know this stuff is not perfect but jewish.

    I don't want to sound like a troll, but if your base cant stand up to anything out there then your base is the one that is lacking.   I'm now a level 105 I think (goes up real fast when upgrading walls) and can stop at least 1/2 the attackers in my base, and many of those can be stopped with only my base and no defending fleet. I would love to see a picture of your base and see how its laid out and what turrets you have.   I can almost guarantee that the problem your having is your base layout and lack of top tier turrets. And no, I am not a heavy coiner.  I will spend maybe $10 once every raid cycle and that's during the store raid.

    my issue is that the beta format, does not work well on my computer. a lack of memory is partially to blame, and as i run a mac it makes for a secondary problem. after 11 years of playing, I'm afraid that i will have to put the game aside
