With the influx of old players and new coming back to the game, they face harder times than we did starting out. They are faced with rapid changes (faster than ever) and old tech that cannot support them to advance. How about a trading post for them? Either within an alliance or out side of one? We all have those fleets that are getting out of date or close to it but are still serviceable to new/old players. Why not help out those that need it in ways that could be beneficial to both parties? Just a thought.

That's a good idea but Kix won't do it because there's no money to be made. However, there is money to be made in forcing returning players and new players to spend money buying hulls, specials, weapons and build times if they want to become competitive. Capitalism is heartless, yes?
