Sent in Ticket crap responce

Noticed that my Elite Nova has been reduced in level from 20 /21 to level 11.... I was collecting parts to upgrade it to OMEGA, and noticed it had for some reason gone to level 11 WTF is going on!!!! also noticed in the past been missing tokens and some levels of toons going down levels like manitcore (spelling) and some of the new infrentery..  I've sent in a ticket and NO HELP what a facking joke !!!!!!!!!!.  Somone please sort this Glitch Out thanks I need the lost toon levels restored.  I keep on getting copya nd paste responce and rubbish about allowing addblockers etc.  which is txtbook not somone actually fixing the facking problem !!!!!!!!!.. HELP PELASE..... Getting to the stage where i'm gonna scrap this game and play space sims loll.

    If you say you noticed units going down in level and you put in a ticket and saying you got a crap response.  Was it form the player experts or from a kixeye customer service rep. If it it was from one of the player experts you can always ask for them to route it up. 


    Now  how can you just now notice a unit went from a level 21 to 11  as this unit has been out for some time now. Maybe you  were upgrading a different unit .  But best to ask it to be routed up.

    It was level before  Omega I was collecting Omega parts before going back to it to upgrade from20/21 level I have NO idea why its gone back to level 11

    You need to provide proof of it's level before it was down graded to kixeye.A snap-shot/video ect.

    How is that possible to provide proof I don't screen shot each toon and save for reference.  I also noticed that the workshop had been taken away from the Nova also..............

    i lost 30 gold wothout using it....from 47 becomes 17 what happened....

    You most likely  spent it on an instant build/research or repair.  But you would need to put in a ticket to find out what you did it on. 
    In the future please do not post on other posts that are not related to your question. You can open a new topic if need be.
