I think if some one snips they their base should come out of protective mode

    that makes no sense as they are defending bases not attacking.....sounds like you got caught on the way out of a base?

    Since only Conqueror fleets can be sniped, and the only purpose of a Conqueror is to attack, snipe away! Besides, what else is a bubbled player going to do while waiting for base repairs? My Conqueror fleets never get sniped because I don't leave them unattended when on the map. Maybe try that.
