Cutter Builds & Fleets

Kixeye keeps pushing cutter events for farming ,but I never see anyone using cutters. Does any one have any builds and fleet layouts that work and for what. Thanks

I use a fleet of these for cargo runs
Osprey
1X metaphase Shield LVL3
1X Antimatter Scoop LVL3
3X Cargo LVL5
2X Nova Ray LVL 3

    Cutters aren't really that important in the current meta anymore. If you want to use lower level cutters, lots of people like (or liked) using burst rays and/or manifold missiles. Range is kinda short, especially on the bursts.
