For any low level players looking to grind it out for a prize or two, the 41/43 sets are spawning quite often this time around so I made a build that is accessible completely through the Garrison TLC up right now. This fleet DOESN'T include the Carrier flag, just 5 regular hulls. Build below, they are R5 however, but I don't think it matters too much as the upgrades are negligible. This autos both targets for free map repair. You know how I love to auto. 😊

shows as over weight on my shipyard lvl 5

it's ok you need to upgrade your ship yard. in fact every building needs to be upgraded to the fullest.
