CONQUEROR FLEET: How Build Considering Weight Under 100k Tons

What's the best way to build a Conqueror fleet when the maximum fleet weight from the Dock is 100k tons; but each Conqueror ship can weigh up to 40 tons?

    200k tons is max weightlimit at dock 15..i recommend that you upgrade to that a.s.a.p :)

    My L14 Dock shows no option to upgrade.  Is that done by upgrading the War Academy?

    Is your ops building fully upgraded? If not, that's why you can't upgrade the dock

    I assume your OP is lvl 11.

    And, you can't be repairing a fleet to start the dock upgrade. Stop the repair, hit upgrade and then restart the repair.

    This was it.     I'm surprised I never noticed the Upgrade option on the dock.   It's probably at least in part because I'm almost always repairing a fleet.     I started the upgrade.    Thanks.
