Requesting information regarding a player being banned on the Forums. This player who is in the same alliance I am is not sure why he was banned and does not know how to request his ban be lifted or be told why. He submitted a ticket but they said they cannot do anything and he needs to get ahold of CM Chris or Loredo. Unfortunately he is not aware of how. Can you let me know so I can pass this information on.

    If he wishes to receive more details why the ban was given, he will need to contact one of the CMs or moderators with a private message. However, if he wish to appeal the ban, the appeal should be send to one of the CMs with a private message.

    Good luck with that then mate. Speaking as a guy with a fair bit of experience getting bans, I can tell you KIXEYE are not forthcoming in the slightest when it comes to explaining why people are banned.

    If your friend is a member of the BP Discord community they will have a better chance of contacting CM Chris or Burny there due to the small number of conversations we can have open at ant one time in side chat since Vanilla forms has limitations.  Their screen names are  Kixeye_Chris and Kixeye_Burny.
