does advanced optical tracking increase the range of pantera scatters because they have a penetrating damage stat? yes/no

When it comes to Kixeye, hope for the best but expect the worse.

No, it is based on the primary weapon type and primary damage types. So the Panthere is a corrosive scattergun.

You want corrosive/scattergun range buffs.
