Why does this game constantly want to match me against players 40 levels or more below me? Also, a 40 can attack me, even though I'm much higher, but if I attack him, it's worthless?

Hitting lower players and not taking their metal and getting few if any medals, makes sense. Why should you get rewarded for hitting lower players?
And yes, they should get rewarded for hitting a higher level player...if they win.
