If you use an inquisitor destroyer on the fortresses you can shoot one of the ships through the wall and drag them all out to you. Otherwise they can circle you through the walls and you cant shoot them back because they are behind a wall
The problem with this game is the power curves. Just look at the graphs I made. Said no vega conflict player ever
This is the reason I equip ships with a variety of weapon damage type. Incase if the enemy can resist one type of damage well, it won’t fair so well on the other damage type.
All my Bastions have one Xeno EEC, instead of all Xeno. The reason being is to give an upper hand in PvP. It was also to give a little boost in damage against the Oligarch ships since they do not have AL resistance.

No. But the destroyers im using are not fully equipped. They are have 4 xeno eclipse which is roughly what I have on mine at the moment. I wanted to reflect what a typical player would have without coining them since the destroyer release. More dps I would finish in 10 minutes. But I would 2 hit anyway to lower my rep time a bit

what a joke, I should know better than to hit anything early in Kix's non tested garbage events. an altarian mothership 70 took my level 99 bastion fleet to 20% for a measly 36K points. you guys are seriously the worst gaming company on the planet.

You hit a Blitz Mothership, so you took more damage. I did a L80 regular and my L100 fleet went to 80%. Only two of my Bastions got triggered. For 200K and five hours, seems reasonable. However, those Corvettes from the Mothership need to get its health halved, I spent a minute killing then after the Mothership died.
In case you're wondering, I'm a Rank 2 non coiner, yet I have a full six M4+ Bastion fleet. You made the mistake hitting a Blitz target, instead of a regular one. I did this hit right out of the gate.
made the mistake of taking my basing fleet to do the bases (90) same with the last fleet on the latest campaign. Would have been easier with all bastions.
Thanks for the feedback for the Corvettes, we were hoping the tuning we did from the Preview server to Live server would be enough but looks like they still need some more attention. In the short term we have adjusted the corvette spawners from the current 10 second spawn time to now a 30 second spawn time between intervals.
Just some insider information, we need to have a new build pushed out to adjust the Corvette health directly, since this cannot happen until the next release, we will continue to find ways of making adjustments when needed.

Thanks for telling us about the Corvette tuning. However, can't you do a hotfix like you did with the Sovereign layout a couple days ago? If these targets are to stay, then the Mobilization and Decimation will be made harder, with their current setup.

So it's broken and can't fix until next month. Is it because Kix is able to make more money that it won't be fixed until end of month? Could doing an emergency downtime after event (since I know mid-event won't happen) work instead?

**** 22 hours rep on an 80 mother ship. I didn't even finish the fleet and lost 2 bastions. So at that rate I can do 4 over the course of the event.
I was all set to spend a few hours on this event tonight. I watched others tactics and looked at all the info on here, hit one fleet and now I can't play for a day. They really are too strong.
Twice I've finished combat by running out of time with only Corvettes left. Seriously, I spent 2 minutes just taking damage while the enemy fleet health was at 0% and by the end there were still 4 Corvettes left. I still get the points and boxes for the win, but I take a bunch of extra damage. As for being unable to change their health, how is that true but you can still adjust the spawn rate of them from the Mothership? And if it is true, emergency 2 hour downtime, and then add 2 more hours to the event timer and add a 24hr repair discount. Problem solved.

The corvette's are murder.. I hit an Alt Mothership 100, went out of time trying to kill 4 measly remaining corvettes. What were the game designers thinking?

you can adjust everything on the fly we know this as fact from previous statements and tracking statistics, why not lower the HP? fortresses also have OP corvettes

I sincerely hope they cut down the HP by a lot.
Same goes for base attack , with destroyer killing those is gonna be a nightmare.
