When did KIXEYE make the offer to you to become a moderator? Or did they just spring it on you like when MX sprung it on me when he made me an administrator for the X-Commanders Facebook page, lol.

The process of joining the moderator team did actually take few days mainly due to the fact of finding a moment where I can be online at the same time as the CM. Like you may already know, the process includes signing a NDA and reading through few documents.
There are some limits on what is being allowed to do as a moderator. Just saying.

Yeah, I remember. If I remember right its been mentioned in the past by other moderators that there's an NDA to be signed? What about the documents, whats inside them? Any specifics of even general things you're permitted to tell us, or is it all top secret? Also, out of curiosity, what made you willing to sign the NDA?

I know the standard moderation powers include the following:
- Moving Threads
- Locking Threads
- Super Likes (one like from a mod is worth 5 likes if I remember right according to Hyperius)
- Disciplining Forum Users through bans and jails.
