problem is all to game team, they have no experience on game all they do come out talk bla bla bla and do nothing, kix dont follow their own rules how do we except a players with 69 or 3rd programs to follow their rules
Kixeye have not helped this situation by promoting the race to 1st place in infamy. There is no way to get 20K plus infamy without abusing the system. We all know how to do it, just a lot of us really can't be arsed to do it. Please remove this stupid idea for next season
Pascal i saw your team and you do the same in sector 130 yesterday.. .so who do you blaime? wasn`t it Susq and KT who did start this whole 69 thing and rings of fire?
You thought the imaginary wasn`t possible?
You thought Scrooge was bad?

lvl 46 now (april 2018)... lets bet .. how many years to 47?
O.k so this is a major major problem in WC, the PVP is mostly dead and is now mostly about who is willing and best at using the cheap exploits of 69's, being held/bubbled by 2nd account or a friend whilst doing PVP and people doing PVP then taking a friendly bubble to hide from any retribution (despite them hitting a bunch of offline bases these princesses insist in being all tucked up and hiding when THEY are offline) I am glad that this is something you're going to try and address, I have been thinking on this since seeing this post and it's a toughy but I think I might have the right direction for some changes.
These exploits/practices are done for multiple reasons, one of which is the ease these things can be done and another is the benefit of not being able to be hit when bubbled. Make it tougher to do this stuff, I think the initial suggestion about platoons losing a battle then returning to base is a good start but absolutely needs more. My suggestions:
O.k first, you can only hit the same player once a week/fortnight/month this will make it more difficult to hold bases whilst they do PVP, increasingly so as friendly allied players use up their one and only opportunity to 69/hold/friendly bubble.
Second, make bubbles 4 hours standard, this really does take out alot of the benefit/advantage to being 69'd/taking a friendly bubble to hide from PVP (No PVP game should allow players an exploit to completely avoid PVP). This removes a huge part of the appeal of self bubbling
Third, add a modifier to Damage Protection, let's say you spend 20% of your time with Damage Protection and at 20% you get the standard 4 hours. At the other end of the scale, if you spend 90% plus of your time in Damage Protection hiding from PVP then your Damage Protection will last 60 minutes only. This will make self bubbling, hiding in a bubble from PVP MUCH less appealing and in the long run you will be penalised for playing PVP in such a cheap cowardly way.
Lastly, as has been suggested many many times, add a revenge button. If someone attacks you then you can hit them back, regardless of whether they are in Damage Protection or not. Again, another blow for the appeal of a self bubble.
No one is going to feel that a 4h bubble is enough to go to sleep for the night or work for the day and be safe and no one is gonna want to do this alot and end up with just 1 hour Damage Protection and the revenge button will really make Damage Protection no place to hide if you were just out hitting other players.
We need big and effective changes, you just have to spend a few hours in a warring sector to see what a joke PVP is now, the so called 'PVP' players are killing PVP with these cheap cowardly exploits, it's not fun and if we all did these things then there would be no PVP at all, please stamp on this behaviour HARD. Thanks

Piss off
Says the pro chat commander/noob player who would jump in with his main to hit and 2 alts to hold your own sorry pathetic cowardly a$$ and self bubble yourself whilst hitting. Shhhhh now boy, Real gamer here not some wannabe who uses EVERY cheap a$$ (and illegal) method there is. Some of us have something called integrity, there you go, you learnt a new word today, now go look up the meaning.
I use these tactics yet I suggest ways to remove the appeal and advantage of these exploits? Uh huh, yes i'm clearly for these exploits remaining aren't I lol
I saw a post of Pascal an a post of Abraham regarding rings of fire and doing 69 they asked for fairplay.. well watch this and talk with your own team and allies first then is that what was ment by exploit or what is the exploit Goldendoodle. WT or CM Burny? https://youtu.be/41Yq-Z7hXsY

HAHAHA Go water your flowers farmer, your in the wrong game.
This is the easiest thing to solve.. if you really want it.. and besides fixing the 69s will make PVP REAL... now everyone hit friends to gain or drop infamy, and store it in infamy banks. Do what you did in Back Yard Monsters.. there.. all you alliance showed in blue.. you in a darker blue, then you could pick what alliance or clan was friendly to you... and those showed in green in the map, you choose also what alliance was enemy to you... and they showed in red in the map, not selected one or another showed yellow in the map. The main admin was able to do this selections. After that, you just dont allow hits on bases or toons between blue and green, players can only hit red and yellow... and you killed 2 birds with the same stone.

1. that's a crazy idea, who we going to hit when we have hit our targets in a war ? Maybe sit around a camp fire for the rest of the week ? 2. 4hrs is not enough, players need time for base toons to heal. 3. That's way to complicated 4. How is a revenge button going to work, if we hit 20 players and they all hit back, do they form a queue outside and just take turns smashing a flat base ?
ring of fire and 69 are two different things = tactics of the game witch players have done for years . but because off all the cry babys giving kixeye headache sending all tickets in = exploit of the game witch i call B.S
People are so scared of being hit that they started using autoclick programs to prevent anyone from ever getting to their base & this is the result. Blame the cheaters...
i know i will get backlash for this but here go's nothing, i see a bunch of wieners that wants to exploit the ring of fire and a auto clicker, shame on you. cheats always loses( ask kixeyes) they are the biggest cheaters on this game. clans using the ring of fire SHOULD be able to PROTECT THEIR OWN CLAN MEMBERS (if not using the auto clicker). all i see is a bunch of rich kids getting hurt (spending coin to be the biggest on kixeyes) the age old saying i will get my big brother to whip your ****, and it go's back and forth until someone runs out of coin. and kixeyes will use this and take away the only thing that is a strategy. (not the auto clicker) because they can not control the "cheats of the game". so they will MESS UP and take it away, like the "drop-ships" they could not "fix". i could go on with this( about how /what/ is because i been on game for 6 years (about 2 months after they put the map in). so if you kiixeyes take this "strategy" away, you will lose another player and a part time coiner like me...and to all you haters out there. i never cheated on this game , ask kixeyes.
it is still funny when i see here on forum SUSQ asking to stop this thing but now even a lvl 2 making a ring of fire and again the name NOOB is involved and ofcourse SUSQ http://prntscr.com/jbeyc1 how can this not being called an exploit as ment by Goldendoodle?

i agree with you on others NOT making alt accounts (level 2 ). but kixeyes "lifted the rule on the higher can hit level 31 and lower, (hint kixeyes) make it a rule that no one can hit level 2 to 5 on accounts "including the level 2 to 5 (meaning level 2 to 5 can not hit toons or account bases) that way everyone will stop flooding the servers with fake level 2 accounts to cheat with the auto clickers. it has less coding kixeyes.
edited; better yet, put the rule back on that 31 or less can not be hit. i think no one will want their accounts banned for using the auto clicker if they are that high up in level. with the rule that level 2 to 5 can not hit other toons or account bases.
you are missing the point completely 100% off track you are talking about fixing "ring of fire" or "forming a chain" around a players base this is in itself somewhat of a problem if a player and/or players are using"auto click"(mouse recorder program) as its very difficult if not impossible to get to a base "69" as referred to in the game is totally different "69" is the act of having a friend/ally put you in a bubble so the enemy cannot (usually only 1 star) thus depriving the enemy of revenge and retaining infamy gained which kixeye have actually promoted the use of this tactic by changing the game so that players in the same alliance(same tag) gain no infamy from the attack the reason for "1 star 69" was to get "protection" with minimal lose of infamy now it dont matter a 1star,2star,3star "69(friendly bubble)" results in no lost infamy it is becoming more common for players to have a low lvl acc follow them to sectors to hold"ring of fire" and to bubble them"69" when needed typically lets say a lvl46 player gets flattened(3star bubble) by an ally then jumps to an enemy sector takes"his/her"lvl2 acc as well forms a "ring of fire" around the main acc and proceeds to attack at the 1st sign of a counter attack being imminent the lvl2 acc attacks the lvl46 acc "69" and without even deploying a unit the lvl46acc is bubbled ie protected from enemy attack i can see no way of stopping "69" from happening you can change the game so that players with the same tag CANNOT attack each other but they will just get a friend/ally with a different tag or an untagged friend to attack you solution to "ring of fire" sounds plausible in theory but i cant see it working which platoon will receive the "low morale status" the attacking platoon? the defending platoon? if the player/players are using ring of fire(exploiting/cheating) it should be both toons so heres a scenario ' my allies are trying to attack a base the enemy has "ring of fire" i send a platoon to help an enemy attacks my platoon(im too slow) i dont want to retreat i want to stay there i dont think he/she can kill my platoon so i dont retreat so the enemy "holds" my platoon after the attack finishes(timer runs out) what happens to my platoon??? does my platoon recieve "low morale status" it better not i did nothing wrong why should i be penalised so it stands to reason it must be the attacker that recieves the "penalty" thats from my point of view as the "defender" heres the flips side i attack 1st (cause im such a master of WC) little bit of comedy there lol and i cannot kill the toon im to weak or it has cloaked units i try but cant find said unit/units the attack finishes(timer runs out) what happens to my platoon? i recieve "low morale status" again i better not because i did nothing wrong so why should i be penalised the best solution to ring of fire would be toons whether attacking or defending are automatically sent back to base when attack timer runs out as though they were both retreated no penalty of"low morale status" just get em off the map this will effectively stop "ring of fire" with minimal impact on fair players as i have explained a penalty can and will adversely affect players not engaged in the ring of fire tactic

1. This will encourage more varied PVP 2. No they dont, it wouldn't be ideal for your base toon to be dead but it's hardly a game breaker like these exploits is it. 3. No it isnt 4. It'll work just fine, your concerns are irrelevant. If players want to go and hit 20 other players then it's bout time they were held accountable and not allowed to continue exploiting a badly broken and flawed system any longer. This system would be much much better than what we have now where players abuse/break TOS, hit other players, have their base held/69'd/self bubbled then proceed to brag from a bubble and no one is able to hit them back.
Look at the biggest noob coward on WC, Redsteel, she only pops her bubble when she has alt accounts at her base ready to hold/69 her own pathetic skillless noob a$$, the only time she spends out of a bubble is when she is doing PVP, breaking TOS, using 2 or 3 accounts at the same time so as to completely avoid any PVP retribution and then to add insult to injury, such eunuchs get rewarded every week with medals and at seasons end too and for what? Being a scared little chicken chit who is only proficient at exploiting the system? There is NOTHING good about players hitting, 69'ing, self bubbling and spending 99.9% of their time in a bubble. It's time for a better system that is less open to being exploited, this has gone on far too long now, your preference would be to let these roaches continue exploiting the broken flawed system yes?
