We know the top prize in the raid. That being said if onslaught not offered no reason to do the raid. Mission hull should just be offered in tier 5 of the weekly along with the spec etc not a top prize in raid. If Onslaught and slew of older tech we now need that has not been out in ages is in the raid store sure I will do raid and pick up all the stuff. After I burn tokens and coin on Onslaught build "IF" the new weekly hull is 8 days or less FULLY built I will coin up a few of them.
No Onslaught and lockdown rockets etc. Meh not interested you chek my account down to about 100 gold and have $500.00 worth of Facebook game cards sitting right here ether go to building me new base killer + new weekly fleet or I will be on the ATV Facebook page buying a ATV to rebuild for this summer.
I was still under the impression this last weekly change was supposed to be around until May seems to me you are a few months off and lot of players will not be happy as all the changes (I know I had to re do my weekly fleet 4x in last 2-3 months) WAYYYY to soon to be changing the weekly after that circus act.
Any how it goes I ether be dropping that cash building here + still have to buy the ATV to build for my kid this summer or my cost be cut way down as I wont have to spend on the game and just build the ATV ether way I am having some fun.
Of course it's build this, now build that, now refit this, now refit that, how else are they going to make money to keep the business going and pay high salaries so employees can afford expensive homes in the Bay Area of California? A business is in business to make a profit, I run a business and that's how I run it, as do some of you reading this. So the only decision you have to make is do you want to spend money playing a game with no tangible rewards nor any way to sell your investment when you decide to quit the game? I think Kixeye could get more coiners if they allowed base owners to sell their bases perhaps on a Kixeye page, and perhaps in a bid type of format where the bidders can look at the base and the ships that come with it, and the money made in the bid goes to the seller of the base with a 10% auction fee going to Kixeye so Kixeye makes enough money to send a check or credit card reimbursement to the seller.
Totally unreal that you're going to make another major change to the FM that will require not just a refit but a whole new fleet to do. The last mission change went so well you're going to double down. GD Raiken, in my opinion you've done more to kill this game in the last nine months that I could ever imagine. You say you're going to slow down content but you just keep shoveling things down our throats.
So.. when am I going to be able to finish my Buccaneers if I'm having to build a brand new FM fleet? There are limited chances for the amount of tokens I need to finish them compared to my mostly finished Hydras. Oh yeah.. and dont forget the stupid "escalation" nonsense that means I'll be facing a pretty big overhaul to most of my ships after this raid or next raid. So again.. where's the time? Or are you going to discount the build times to a reasonable level like you should have long ago?
Wow another load of chit.. You`re complete IDIOTS to mess up the cornerstone in the game... Given the fact, that its not even 3 month ago, when you were saying, there would be no changes to fm-targets, and then you change them anyway.. **** for not listening to players feedbacks, and up yours for not slowing down and give us time to handle the whole "transition".. morons. grrr

To be fair, 3 months ago they said they would be changing them. Might be time for you to re-visit the State of the Game post
Im getting (got) REALLY disillusioned with this bloody game right now. A new FM fleet every 3 months? Seriously? Christ on a cracker I'm only midway through the hydra build needed for this raid cycle and future TLC's after finishing my bucc's. 2 raid fleets and a FM fleet now, soon enough we'll be doing the same for bloody Uranium and Titanium fleets too.
This is seriously getting too much. The FM is the cornerstone of this game, 1 fleet yearly should be more than adequate.
Those that can - do. Those that can't - scream hacker, coiner and anything else that takes their fancy.
If the hull , weapon and special is for doing the FM , put it on the FM prizes, in the higher tier, so we can get FM gear with FM fleet.
That would make sense, might as well add some build and VXP tokens for said hull in there as well, as one of the "options" once you have redeemed all prizes in the list below.
Of course, doing both of those would make too much sense, and this is Kixeye we are talking about.
i think kix is eating more than they can chew , said fm was going to change a little time to time and we dont need other hulls , so we have to build several hulls for raids and now we have also to build new forsaken mission fleet , if we can get them for sure 1000000000000 pts to get them , kix making sure we dont play the game , thanks as always , changes means changes not increase of damage and dont trust the c1c , i think is the new charged armor business ,maybe will be just for the raids at the end they will become chores x 500 damage and non half rep time , keep killing the game kix , you are making a great job on that for sure
everyone need to calm their jets.. it is not an fm every 3 months.. they stated they were going to offer the new fm hull in month 3 of the raid..instead they changed that to offering it in month 2 of raids.. slowly read through first post..word by word in needed
Since people are lashing out at me for stating the obvious, it's clear no one read the SotG. If you did it would be no surprise that targets will be changing. That's what we lost when Garrison went from a raid cycle class to dedicated weekly raid format. So yes, targets will change. New FM tech will come out every 4 months.
Don't shoot the messenger, this information has been available for months - 2+ months now. If you're somehow surprised.. I don't know what to tell you.
Doesn't mean I agree with the whole FM BS going on right now. But it makes no sense to flip out over it thinking the targets wouldn't change under this new plan and that new tech for the FM wouldn't come out eventually either.
And I see George now has a new post about the FM that's worth a read:
So the total number of hulls released will exceed 200 in a few months. How many more hulls are need to play this game? Its getting incredibly boring the constant building/re-fitting owing to content overload etc. ad infinitum.
You are entitled to your opinion just not entitled to give it
thanks for the heads up, and time to get some built!
ah yes, a week to get them built, and that's assuming you already did your fleets for this raid? which will also need escalation weapons before finished ..................DOH
So does this mean 9 full fleets freshly built each year... 3 Raid formats with 2 fleets each including Flagship... then 3 fm fleets... then escalation weapons and tech for the raid fleets... flags - 60 days.... other raid hulls - 144 days... escalation refits - 60 days... fm hulls - 180 days ... TOTAL = 444 days if using 12 day for hulls and 20d for flags... if you win Caedes then another month... looks like all fm toks gonna be used for chores and none available for basers and guards... oh well... I just wish they would make it so we actually enjoyed the game and all this wouldnt be an issue...
I suggest you put all these plans on hold for a complete cycle. Following the coop camp there are many many guys out there who now need to get their Buccs functioning and that means requiring charged armour from the raid(that is if you have had the sense to put it in there). There builds for the Bucc might be ready for the 3rd raid but if not def the 4th. You give them a chance to bridge the gap and then make a decision that will open that gap wider again. Put it on hold !!!!
We wanted to share some following information about the upcoming Garrison / FM content and targets:
Garrison & Forsaken Mission
When we originally announced the change with the Garrison class, we mentioned that a new Garrison hull would be offered in the 3rd month of each cycle. Given the fact that we still plan to do an early-access offering of the next cycle’s hull in the 4th month, we just didn’t feel that there was enough time for players to both build their new Garrison fleet, as well as the next cycle’s fleet.
In order to mitigate that issue, we’re going to be offering the new Garrison Hull in 2nd month of each cycle instead.
In order to adjust our current plan to the new one, the first instance of this will occur in the February Raid. The new Garrison Hull, Inferno Dragon, will be the main prize for the February Raid. Upon the Forsaken Mission returning the following week, a new top tier Garrison target will be available (with a higher point payout), where a proper Inferno Dragon build will have the best results. With the Inferno Dragon specifically, we don’t feel it necessary to create CICs, so that will also be 1 less component you have to worry about. Ideally, we’d like to not have CICs for any 2018 Garrison hull to keep things simple, but we’re open to it if players feel otherwise.
Looking towards the Garrison target themselves, old targets are not going to disappear immediately. Additionally, there will initially be no change in the point payout for the older Garrison targets. That means if you don’t have Inferno Dragon ready yet (or even own it), you’re not going to be behind right away. Given the history of the Forsaken Mission, we’re more conscious than ever how important those targets and hulls are for players, and are committed to making any target or content adjustments as smooth of an experience as possible. Once we’ve found the right rhythm for how to handle these transitions, we’re hoping to be able to replicate it each quarter so that the player experience is fairly seamless. We’ve know we’ve messed up Forsaken Mission transitions in the past, and are not looking to do a repeat performance in 2018.
Thanks!
Thank you for finally manning up about the gross misconduct KIxeye carried out last year with regards to FM transitions. Unfortunately you guys still seem to be unable to learn from your mistakes. George has a very nice article detailing many of the issues that he subtracted from this update: https://forsakencove.blogspot.com/2018/02/welcome-to-new-fm-cycle.html However, he didn't mention one thing that worries me an awful lot, and it's in this sentence: Upon the Forsaken Mission returning the following week, a new top tier Garrison target will be available (with a higher point payout), where a proper Inferno Dragon build will have the best results. The sentence that comes directly after this states that the old targets are not going to disappear immediately. What is not immediately? Will they disappear the second FM week? The third? Or after two monts? George calculated that several of the new fleets need a 100 days or more build time for a full fleet. A proper Inferno Dragon build means a complete fleet of five ships, fully armoured, ranked, with all specials and weapons in my book. I believe it's safe to assume that it will take at least a 100 days for a full fleet. That's four months build time! And one week after release, targets will start to pop up which will require a full Inferno Dragon build. Will this mean that there will be up to 90 days of build tokens available in the raid? I'm assuming not, especially with the trend of decreasing availability of generic tokens, especially in the raids. Will Kixeye wait the 100 days after release of the Inferno Dragon to have the old FM targets disappear? I'm assuming not since by then another FM change will happen. Moreover, since the Inferno Dragon is a rocket hull, with 99% certainty meaning a blitz hull, there will be a release of a skill hull somewhere in there as well. Or will we be stuck with a blitz hull that certainly will take large amounts of damage until the next FM change which will bring the new skill hull? In my opinion this option is simply unacceptable. I get that some players like to use Icebreakers for their FM, I even know of players that are running multiple fleets on auto during the FM. However, the amount of damage sustained by a blitz hull is always much higher than a skill hull and the repair times are not cheap either. A full Icebreaker fleet with only charged armours takes about 14.5 hours to repair. If the same repair time applies for the new Inferno Dragon, it should be possible to complete the entire FM (meaning get at least one prize from each tier if necessary, and get all tokens) before repairing. Otherwise the time impact for the FM simply becomes too much.
I do hope these issues will be at least taken into account by Kixeye. However, would it also be too much to ask to informs us about your decisions regarding these issues? Let us know that you are working on them, that you've addressed them, and are confident that your solution for the problems raised by players is a good solution. So far, especially in 2017, it seems that you guys have a great idea for a change or an upgrade and in your enthousiams, forget all issues that this change might bring, and only start to address them as players give you their sometimes rather vocal feedback through the forums. It would be such a pleasant experience if we could experience a change to the game, and especially one as large as a FM change, that could go flawless and work as you expect it to, and as you explained it to us.
Changing the FM 3 times per year is still too much. It really only need to change once. Also for that one change time design a raid that you only need one fleet to complete all of it. That way you have time to build your new fleet for the FM. One other thing is that FM hull itself needs to have a very low build time, in the area of 24 hours for an empty shell.

shell times are not the problem
nearly 2 days per armour.....lets call it 7 days for 4 armours that's without weapons, hull, means of movement or any other specials...........................
IDIOTS! unless you make the fm fleet a total build time of 2weeks, yes the whole fleet! then we simply cannot cope. 2 raid fleets needed fullt built every series, or we simply will have to quit a new fm fleet every series a new conq fleet every series plus they will need refits every series ans you cheat us with buffed targets, and say u didn't It's getting, No GOT impossible to keep going! so many friends now gone having to treat this 'game' as a 24/7 job, with no reward at all, cos i don't enjoy it, or get paid for it

In other words.... kixeye is suggesting we spend roughly HALF A YEAR building FM fleets. lol
swearing - specs
