i have put various support tickets in the past so i am doing nothing diferent and it is not sending the support ticket!! it keep throwing me back to discription as if theres nothing wrote in there but there is! so i tweeted and that is being blanked
done the herculean campaigne, whole 6 lvls with fangs (skirmish fleet) with some repairs fair enuff i can deal with that, then lvl 7 and 1 shot kills my fleet 3 times on a trot!! this is unfair on your part if you had stated we couldnt do last lvl with that fleet then i would have left it but no you said skirmish fleet!! this is underhanded kixeye, 22 coin per each repair yopu have took of me unfairly. when will you ever stop all this underhanded stuff!! its a joke.
i have never had an issue with sending tickets untill today but now when i fill in each section the little red dot thats shows to tell me i need to add to that section not dissapearing when i have filled it in and when i submit ticket its just returning to ticket i look in my requests and ticket not showing there
I am unable to send in a support ticket. It states that I do not have a valid email on file but when i try to connect via Facebook, it says I'm not associated with that account. Please help!
Im having the same problem, I can log into both facebook & my email, have them open in tabs but still no access to send a ticket.
still getting popups 1) you do not have a valid email address 2)check settings 3) validate identity using facebook 4) the facebook account you are logged into has no association with this account I can log in Pay access my base, it knows if i put the wrong password in. really fed up with this going in circles & still not able to ticket the in game problems that need addressed.

I am now into my 4th day waiting for a ticket to be answered. This is with the company who say they will respond to all tickets in 24 hrs. The 30 gold I have been told I will get are now only half the value as they were meant for the raid and the half price repair is finished

I was warned by a mod, there is no way to contact kixeye support when they screw your account settings, (They dont read forums) your only chance is to open a new email account & kixeye game account then raise a ticket that your main account has been screwed up so they can fix your login then you can maybe login & raise a ticket for the screwup in the game. Or you can just go play a game that works instead.....
p.s. [email protected] & [email protected] are both used already.... L.M.A.O. Once you get to kixeye.com/battlepirates,to create a new account the captcha screen says "v1unsupported" & you can waste another hr or so before giving up.... Good Luck !

As it seems TFC administrators don't share our passion for truth and don't want players to find out the current state of affairs.

I dont know if my last post got in but i will repeat it again just in case. I have tried to change my gamer tag in the game when we got the free name change a while ago i log back in and it reset to the original so i tried to load coins and do it that way and it did the same thing as well as my game constantly crashes when i go into battle. And do to that i lose the whole fleet because of it. I know I'm not the only one that experiences these issues. I love this game and will continue to play but it makes it difficult to continue when all that happens. Is the game crashes and you lose fleets. Please fix this issue not just for me but for the other players that play it to. P.S. what if u guys where to clear the inactive bases, and banned ones. I turned in a ticket. Got a response from a "community expert" lmao....I could not reply because it was blocked and now I am blocked from turning in support tickets....hell of a way to run a game

I just spent days during the last Forsaken Event earning over 1000000 points. When I came back from work after the event was over the icon was gone and I was not able to get any of the items offered during the event. I tried to access support but it keeps using an old e-mail address and I find no way to fix that either.

if you started to research the test trap or any of the test retro for hunter or fangs then it will not let you load the game, i think they planned to have it fixed by today
I have been trying to upgrade the munition systems @ 70 a pop and all i get is please wait. been doing this for 5 minutes. reloaded game and tried again. there goes another 70 in uranium. tried to send in a ticket and it said i didn't spend over $50 which i should be way over that amount. someone please help?
